Cancellation Policy
• In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice), a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee helps compensate for the time reserved exclusively for you.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time) will result in a fee equivalent to 25% of the scheduled service cost.
• I understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur. In such cases, I will do my best to accommodate your rescheduling needs without charging a fee. However, this is subject to availability and must be communicated as soon as possible.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being declined or requiring a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking.
Please note that this policy applies to all guests, regardless of the reason for cancellation, as it is designed to ensure fairness and maximize the availability of appointments.
